Many of our items are carefully sourced from trusted fulfillment partners, artisans, and specialty wellness suppliers, which allows us to offer a unique and ever-evolving collection designed to inspire harmony in everyday life.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order, fulfillment location, package size, and carrier rates.

At this time, Carpe Diem Dream ships to U.S. addresses only.

Estimated Delivery Times

After shipment, most U.S. orders are expected to arrive within approximately 5–14 business days. Including processing and transit time, most standard orders are expected to arrive within approximately 7–19 business days after the order is placed. Delivery times may vary due to supplier location, weather, holidays, carrier delays, or periods of high shipping volume. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Multiple Shipments & Separate Shipping Charges

Because Carpe Diem Dream partners with multiple trusted fulfillment providers and specialty artisans, items within the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times.

If your order contains products fulfilled by different suppliers, separate shipping charges may apply at checkout for each item or shipment origin. This allows us to offer a thoughtfully curated collection of unique products sourced from specialized makers and wellness brands across multiple locations.

Print-on-Demand & Made-to-Order Products

Select print-on-demand or made-to-order products, such as certain candles, may require approximately 5–10 business days of production time before shipment. Including estimated transit time, these orders may take approximately 10–24 business days to arrive after the order is placed. Any different timeframe will be stated on the individual product page.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to your email as soon as your order ships. You can track your package using the shipping confirmation link provided in your email.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you in working with the shipping carrier and fulfillment provider.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. Carpe Diem Dream is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided at checkout.

International Shipping

At this time, Carpe Diem Dream ships within the United States only. We hope to expand shipping availability in the future as we continue growing.
