Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order, fulfillment location, package size, destination, and available carrier rates.

Carpe Diem Dream currently ships within the United States and to select international destinations, including Canada. International shipping availability varies by product, fulfillment partner, and destination. If shipping is available for the items in your order, available shipping methods and rates will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

After shipment, most U.S. orders are expected to arrive within approximately 5–14 business days. Including processing and transit time, most standard U.S. orders are expected to arrive within approximately 7–19 business days after the order is placed.

International delivery times vary by product, fulfillment location, destination, carrier, and customs processing. The estimated delivery window available for your order will be displayed at checkout when available.

Delivery times may also be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, customs processing, or periods of high shipping volume. All delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Multiple Shipments & Separate Shipping Charges

Because Carpe Diem Dream partners with multiple trusted fulfillment providers and specialty artisans, items within the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times.

If your order contains products fulfilled by different suppliers, separate shipping charges may apply at checkout for each item or shipment origin. This allows us to offer a thoughtfully curated collection of unique products sourced from specialized makers and wellness brands across multiple locations.

Print-on-Demand & Made-to-Order Products

Select products are created after an order is placed and fulfilled by a trusted production partner. Production and delivery times vary by product, fulfillment partner, shipping method, destination, and seasonal order volume. The most current estimated delivery window and available shipping options are displayed at checkout. Print-on-demand and made-to-order products may ship separately from other items in the same order.

International Shipping, Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipping is available for select products and destinations. Availability varies by product, fulfillment partner, carrier, and destination. Some products may be available for U.S. shipping only.

International orders may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country or local authorities. Unless collected at checkout, these charges may be assessed upon import and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Carpe Diem Dream does not control customs assessments or processing times. Customs requirements and charges vary by destination and may affect the final cost and delivery time of an international order.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to your email as soon as your order ships. You can track your package using the shipping confirmation link provided in your email.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you in working with the shipping carrier and fulfillment provider.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. Carpe Diem Dream is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided at checkout.
