Carpe Diem Dream Return & Refund Policy

At Carpe Diem Dream, your happiness matters to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any original packaging whenever possible. Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

To start a return, please contact us at support@carpediemdream.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return request.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible returns unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. When an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Carpe Diem Dream will provide instructions and cover the approved return or replacement costs.

Because some products are fulfilled by trusted supplier partners, approved returns may need to be sent to different return locations. Please do not return an item without contacting us first. We will provide the correct return instructions. Return eligibility is determined by this policy.

Digital downloads, gift cards, personalized or custom-made products, final sale items, and opened or used consumable or personal-care products are not eligible for return.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@carpediemdream.com and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@carpediemdream.com.
